In KSA we often come across the need to translate Arabic to English and English to Arabic. If you are on a PC then it can be done using Google Translate https://translate.google.com/ and other such translation services. Yesterday I came across this very handy utility for Windows which makes translation very convenient by providing shortcut keys and popup boxes. This service requires active internet connection to work.
For Example: Just select Arabic text you want to translate and press Ctrl+Q and English translation will be available in a popup box right there an then. Similarly this utility also provides dictionary service with Win+Q.
